2022 CAMPING, PODS & MOTORHOME SITE CONDITIONS

Coronavirus, our site conditions and booking procedures can be and have been changed for the safe and proper management of the park.


If you or any member of your booking are showing or experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 – do not travel to the park.


We are encouraging our customers who have their own on-board toilet and shower facilities to use their own during their stay to assist with reducing the number of people using our communal facilities.


We are encouraging our customers to use the hand sanitizer provided, to wear a face mask and to maintain social distancing whilst using our communal facilities.


We are requesting all customers using our shop to wear a mask, use hand sanitizer provided and limiting the number of people in the shop to 3 customers only at a time.


We are encouraging all customers to continue to use the NHS QR code to check in.


Failure to arrive for your booking on the due date will result in your booking being cancelled; the pitch re-let and deposit being retained.


A MINIMUM £30.00 DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, THIS IS NON-TRANSFERABLE OR RETURNABLE, REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR HOLIDAY, LESS OUR ADMINISTRATION COSTS.


Deposit can only be applied to the booked nights on a nightly basis.


Deposit cannot be transferred to different dates.


If you change your booking or stay for less than the nights booked, your deposit will be forfeited for the dates not required.


GROUP BOOKINGS


We are a small family orientated park. Unfortunately due to the number of complaints about groups, we no longer accept group bookings larger than 3 units. We will only accept a maximum of 3 units either in camping, motorhomes, pods or a combination of these. This is for the benefit and to ensure all our customers enjoy their stay at the park.


However, we can only accept one group booking at one period of time; therefore if we already have a group booking for the dates you require, we will not allow another group to book for those dates.


All camping charges are inclusive of VAT, which is subject to change and payable in full prior to arrival. Any extension of your stay is to be booked and paid for at the earliest opportunity, the latest being before 9am on the day of booked departure. Note: this cannot be guaranteed, due to prior bookings. All vacated pitches will be re-let. No refunds.


ALL CAMPERS MUST DEPART BY 12PM MIDDAY AND CAMPING PODS MUST BE VACATED BY 11AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE. Arrival times camp 12pm and camping pods 3pm.


Please ensure you pitch your tent or motorhome in the centre of the plot and as directed by our staff.


No occupation of a pitch or pod solely by persons under 18.


Occupiers must at all times act with due consideration for other site users and neighbours, shall not cause or permit a nuisance and shall not act upon anything which may in any way detract from the site’s amenities. The conveniences on the site are for the benefit of all, use them with care and please report any damages or persons causing any.


All campers must act with consideration to others and must not play radios, TV’s or other instruments at a volume, which would annoy others, not to be used between 10.00pm to 8.00am.


Clean wastewater only to be put down soak away sinks.


No washing up to be done under drinking water taps.


No fires or naked flames. We do not allow burning of any type of wood, no fires, fire pits, pizza ovens, Kelly kettles or smokers or anything producing a naked flame. Only gas and charcoal bbq’s are permitted and must be kept off the ground. (Bricks available by the amenities block).


Litter is to be put in the bins provided and the plot is to be left free from litter on departure.


The management reserves the right to decline acceptance without reason, or expel without notice any visitor for conduct detrimental to the park or the comfort of visitors and fees shall be forfeited.


Dogs are allowed on the site, but must be kept on a lead, must not be left unattended, must be kept quiet and are not allowed to roam the site, or create a nuisance to other site occupiers. Please exercise dogs off site and clear up any fouling that occurs on the park and surrounding areas. Cats and other pets/animals are not allowed on the site.


No motor vehicles to be driven or cycles ridden in excess of 10 mph on the site.


No motor vehicles to be parked on roads.


No motor vehicles to be driven on park between 10.30pm and 7.30am. Use overnight car park in entrance.


No commercial delivery vehicles are allowed in camping area.


Maximum of 1 motor vehicle per pitch. All extra motor vehicles are to be registered and parked in visitor’s car park. There is a chargeable fee for extra vehicles


No ball games are allowed in the camping field – use ball games area only which is open 8am and is to be vacated by sunset or 9.00pm whichever is earliest.


Playground and ball games area open at 8.00am and are to be vacated by sunset or 9.00pm whichever is earliest.


No bicycles, skateboards and non-motorised scooters are to be ridden on the park before 8am or after 9pm.


Electric scooters, electric bicycles, mini moto’s, quad bikes or any form of motorised equipment is not permitted to be ridden on park.


The park and play areas are unsupervised. Parents should supervise children at all times.


CAMPING POD CONDITIONS - THE ABOVE SITE CONDITIONS APPLY TO CAMPING PODS WITH THE ADDITION OF THE FOLLOWING:


Due to the risk of fire in the wooden pods, we do not allow smoking, candles, joss sticks, cooking, fires or heaters (other than the electric heater already supplied) or anything that could melt, burn or start a fire. Smoking is not permitted inside the pod including the porch.


Camping pod departure time 11am. Camping pod arrival time 3pm.


BBQ’s are allowed outside area of pod porch but must be kept off the ground and a suitable distance from the camping pod.


REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR HOLIDAY, LESS OUR ADMINISTRATION COSTS.
